This course is TREC approved and must be completed to fulfills Texas pre-license educational requirements. This is second part of two course, it is constructed to build upon the real estate fundamentals and professional responsibilities learned in Principles of Real Estate 1. You will gain more insight into a day in the life of a Real Estate agent with a better knowledge of all career attributes needed to be a successful real estate agent.
