Promulgated contract forms are forms that are both approved and required by the TREC. These forms are used by agents and brokers alike during transactions. When working with such important documents, it’s vital that you understand every aspect of the contract and how it works in each situation. This course covers current promulgated forms, and commission rules governing the use of forms. The course provides the foundation knowledge necessary to be a successful Real Estate Sales Agent. You will learn about the different contract forms promulgated by TREC, complete with contract breakdowns, and case studies to help students understand how the contracts and addenda should be completed.
