We will examine the current real estate market and describe the various opportunities for real estate investors. You will Learn about real estate investment characteristics, techniques of investment analysis, and time-valued money. You will also learn about the different types of ownership, tax information, and financing sources. You will also learn how to professionally advise prospective buyers about what options are available, or for your future real estate investment decisions.
