Law of Contracts — March 17– April 2 (4-Month · 2 Days/Week · Tue/Thu)

This course is TREC approved and must be completed to fulfills Texas pre-license educational requirements. You’ll learn the fundamentals of a valid, legally enforceable contract and the characteristics of different types of contracts that govern the real estate industry.

Also, you will have multiple practice sessions, using a hands-on approach, filling in the blanks with the correct information, using real TREC and TAR forms like: Listing agreements, sale contracts, and TREC promulgated forms, among others. This hands-on approach will give you confidence when working with buyers and sellers by understanding correct contract processes.
