This course is TREC approved and must be completed to fulfills Texas pre-license educational requirements.

This course covers fundamentals standards necessary for basic competence of Real Estate in Texas. You’ll gain a better understanding as to what the industry is built upon and how it translates into your position as an agent. You will learn: Licensing as a real estate broker and salesperson, ethics of practice, titles to and conveyance of real estate, legal descriptions, deeds encumbrances and liens, distinctions between personal and real property, appraisal, finance and regulations, closing procedures, real estate mathematics, and instruction on federal, state, and local laws relating to housing discrimination, housing credit discrimination, and community reinvestment. and more!
